Return and Refund Policy
SPR Gear Refund & Return Policy
Effective Date: August 4, 2025
At SPR Gear, we stand behind every product we ship. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, all of the following must apply:

Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags, and in original packaging

Proof of purchase is required

Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted
To initiate a return, email us at ridersupport@sprgear.us. If approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
CUSTOM ITEMS
All custom-made or printed items (including screened designs, personalized details, names, numbers, or custom sizing) are non-returnable, unless the item has a verified defect or an error caused by SPR Gear.
RESTOCKING FEE
A $15 restocking fee applies to all approved returns. This fee covers inspection, handling, and repackaging.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns on:

Sale items

Gift cards

Custom or personalized items

Clearance or promotional items (including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or limited drops)
Promotions are subject to available inventory and cannot be applied retroactively.
EXCHANGES
Need a different size or item?
The fastest option is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately once the return is approved.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of approval. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Packages refused, unclaimed, or returned due to address issues are subject to all return and import fees, paid by the customer
